Its November and that means it is the beautiful, kind, and graceful Princess Odette's birthday!

Her birthday is November 18 which makes her birthstone the yellow topaz and her zodiac sign Scorpio.
Scorpio's traditionally are resourceful, brave, and make very good friends. They cling to facts and truth. They strongly dislike superficiality.
Yellow topaz symbolizes love, affection, and joy. It is believed to give anyone who wears it increased intelligence and strength.
That sounds just like Princess Odette to us!
We also think it is a wonderful coincidence that The yellow stone is just like the yellow locket Odette wears in the movie!
Is your birthday in November or do you just love the color yellow? Purchase your November Birthstone Locket here!
This month we're celebrating and showing off our pride and joy: the hand painted art cels from the original Swan Princess trilogy!
Read all about hand-painted animation here!
These cels are, quite literally, the film itself and there is only one of each. You will be the only one to own the cel that created that second in the film.
The artistry in these cels is exquisite and, if you would like to get a closer look at them, keep an eye on our Instagram @SwanPrincessOfficial for livestreams and close ups of these one of a kind pieces!

Question: What is the chef's name in The Swan Princess? In the earlier films, he is referred to as Ferdinand and later he is called Frederick?

Answer: That would be because the chef's name is Ferdinand Frederick III. He comes from a long line of chefs before him and he can never quite decide if he likes using his first or middle name best.

Dear Diary:

It’s my birthday, and this year I celebrated it with my mother; well, I celebrated with her in spirit. Ever since I found that she was the one who planted the Swan Lake garden, I’ve been doing my best to make it healthy again. Alise has begun helping me as well. Its been a wonderful opportunity for us to talk and connect. We share memories of our mothers- Alise's birth mother died in childbirth like mine but we still have memories of growing up around the stories told by our fathers and close family. With every passing day I find even more reasons why she is my daughter, we really are alike. After the garden chores, I decided to look into the village records to find anything I could for Alise about her mother. I didn’t find much, but I did find a portrait of her. I had already commissioned Chamberlain to make me a gown for my birthday just like the one my mother wore in her royal portrait. I asked Chamberlain to make Alise a dress just like the one in her mother's portrait as well. We had a garden party, and not only did I honor my mother in her dress, but Alise honored hers as well with her new dress. It was nice to have a moment together to honor the mothers we were never able to meet, and the sacrifices they made for us to be here today.

Maybe Richard Rich and the rest of the staff could make a spin off series focusing on Princess Alise and Lucas don’t you agree?
