Twenty-five years ago, video footage was stored on various sizes of Betacam and VHS tapes or on film reels.
Some of this obsolete media is really interesting. For example, the tape that says "The Swan Princess" Real News, is a regular size VHS. So the tape below it is four times the size of a regular VHS tape.
This media degrades over time so we knew we were needing to get it transferred to digital files. We've been working on this for the last few months.
After 25 years in a vault at The Swan Princess storage facility, we are excited to begin showing this exclusive footage to our fans!

Not all of the footage is "never seen before". It includes the making of featurette released with the VHS in 1995. Plus lots of interviews with those involved in making the film.
