Scottish Cock-a-Leekie Traybake

• 8 free-range chicken thighs

2. Combine the chicken, veg and clementine slices in a large roasting tin.

3. Mix the stock with the clementine and lemon juice, mustard and 2 tbsp of the oil before pouring the mixture all over the chicken.

4. Tuck thyme sprigs underneath the chicken.

5. Add any seasoning.

6. Roast for 35 minutes (or until fully cooked).

7. Whilst the chicken is in the oven, mix the bread with the remaining oil and the lemon zest and season well.

8. Transfer the bread to a baking tray and place in the oven (along with the chicken) for 10-15 minutes, until crispy and toasted.

Princess Palace Pencil Pot

Organize all of your pencils and stationary in a truly royal fashion with your very own model castle!

You Will Need:
• 3 empty kitchen roll tubes
• Paint
• Glue
• Colored paper
• White paper/cardstock
• Scissors
• Cardboard
• Paintbrush
• Cocktail stick
• Markers

Instructions:
1. Take two of the rolls and shorten them to about 1/2 of their original size.

2. Cut out squares in the top of the two smaller tubes, leaving a gap in between each one so that they resemble castle turrets.

3. Paint both of the smaller roles in your favorite color and set them to one side to dry.

4.. Take the other tube and cut it down so it is slightly higher than the other rolls.

5. Paint the taller tube with the same color as the toilet roll tubes - or mix and match with another of your favorite colors!

6. Paint the cocktail stick the same color and leave the painted items to dry.

7. Cut out an oval from the cardboard that is approx. 18cm x 14cm.

8. Paint the oval green for the castle garden and leave to dry.

9. Cut a semi circle from a piece of colored paper and make it into a cone, gluing the edges down to secure the shape.

10. Take the cocktail stick and push it into the top of the cone (you may need to use a tiny piece of glue to keep it firmly in place), this will be the flagpole.

11. Cut out a small triangle, rectangle or any other shape that resembles a flag from some colored paper. If you want to, you can decorate the flag with a royal symbol or perhaps a swan!

12. Attached the flag to the cocktail stick with some glue.

13. Carefully attach the cone to the top of the tallest tube and leave to dry.

14. Cut out a castle door that will fit on one of the tubes and some windows.

15. Glue the windows, doors and any other features to the tubes accordingly.

16. Take your tubes and glue them to the 'castle garden', with the tallest tube in between the two smaller tubes.

We know how much Princess Odette loves sparkle - why not add a light layer of glue and sprinkle some glitter over your castle!
